Alex Attebery is the Director of External Affairs, Government and Communications at Shift5, a position held since 2025. Previously, Alex worked with the U.S. House of Representatives in various roles including Communications Director and Deputy Communications Director for Representative Jodey C. Arrington. They also served as Deputy Director of Communications on the House Appropriations Committee from 2019 to 2023. Alex's early experience includes a position with Comstock for Congress and a role as Field Staff during a 2016 campaign. They are currently pursuing studies in Theater Security Decision Making at the U.S. Naval War College and hold a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology with a minor in Business Administration from Oglethorpe University.
