Ortal Biton Starer is currently the Director of Program & Project Management for Europe at Shift4. Prior to this role, Ortal held positions such as Senior Technical Project Manager and Head of Program & Project Management at Finaro, which was acquired by Shift4. Ortal has also served as a Teaching Assistant and Webmaster at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Additionally, they worked as a Release Manager and NOC Team Leader at TechFinancials, where they managed client deliveries and led a team of engineers. Ortal holds a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion.
