Mike Schwartz is an accomplished Chief Revenue Officer currently overseeing revenue strategies at SHIELD since 2025. Previously, they served as SVP of Sales at Happy Returns, a UPS Company, where they played a key role in the company's acquisition by UPS. Their extensive experience includes serving as VP of Sales at Scalefast, where they achieved significant revenue growth and were part of the executive team during its $300M acquisition. Mike also held leadership roles at PayPal and worked in private equity at Equilibrium, supporting commercial functions of acquisition targets. They hold an MBA from the University of Southern California and are pursuing a degree in Psychology at the University of Oregon.
