Charles D. Brown Jr., PE, PLS, is the Director of Civil Engineering and Land Surveying at SS&A Design Collective, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as the Senior Project Civil Engineer & Land Surveyor at Sherlock, Smith & Adams from 2007 to 2022 and held leadership positions at Macon Engineering & Land Surveying and as the Civil Engineering Department Head at Rosser International, Inc. Charles began their career in civil engineering and land surveying in 1991, after earning a BS in Civil Engineering from Auburn University in 1991.
