Rishabh Prakash currently serves as the Business Head for Retail and Logistics at ShellKode since July 2025. Prior to this role, Rishabh was Product Lead at Xpressbees from September 2021 to June 2025, where core product charters were built and scaled, including the establishment of key product lines and cross-functional alignment. Rishabh also explored innovative living solutions as an Entrepreneur at a stealth startup, focusing on sustainable lifestyles during the COVID-19 pandemic. As Co-Founder and Director of Effiya Technologies, Rishabh identified significant opportunities in financial crime prevention and led the spin-off from Sutra Management, overseeing product strategy and team development. Rishabh progressed through Sutra Management from Senior Analyst to Team Lead, delivering multiple FinTech products for clients in the BFSI sector. Rishabh holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
