Zain Hak is a seasoned global commercial leader with over 30 years of experience in managing businesses and driving transformations. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Lubricants Supply Chain and Manufacturing at Shell, Zain leads efforts in customer operations and digital transformation. Previously, Zain held roles including General Manager for the Americas and led Shell's global Agriculture & Forestry business, focusing on sustainable practices. Zain holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and has completed several leadership programs at INSEAD.
