Valerie Kay, CFA, possesses diverse experience across the energy sector, spanning conventional oil and gas to new energies. Valerie has held significant roles in finance and commercial sectors at Shell, including M&A and Commercial Finance Lead from 2019 to 2023, where they focused on complex M&A and NBD transactions. Previous experience includes various financial management roles at Shell, as well as a position as an Associate at Ernst & Young. Valerie is currently pursuing credentials in financial management at the Institute of Management Accountants and the CFA Institute while studying at the University of Melbourne.
