Dinesh Jayabalan currently serves as a Human Resources Team Lead at Shell, managing a team of HR Advisors to provide quality services in India. As President of NEXUS, the Young Talent Network of Shell Malaysia, Dinesh fosters community and upskilling among young talent. Dinesh also plays a key role in Toastmasters International as District 51 Club Retention Chair and President of DTM Toastmasters Club. Prior experience includes various HR positions at Unilever and project leadership roles in emerging leaders initiatives. Dinesh is a graduate of the University of Nottingham Malaysia with a BA (Hons) in English Language, Literature & Philosophy.
