Bill Chalmers serves on the Board of the Shell Alumni Association of Greater Houston and has held multiple leadership roles, including President and Vice-President Membership. With over 30 years of experience at Shell Oil Company, they concluded their career as Global Transactions Manager for Shell Chemical Company, overseeing mergers, acquisitions, and divestments. After retiring from Shell, Bill became CEO and President of Imperial Petroleum Recovery Corporation and has since engaged in strategic consulting and financial advising. They have also volunteered as a Loaned Executive for the United Way of Greater Houston since 2006, significantly contributing to fundraising efforts. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
