Albert 'Chip' Marin is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Federal Director of Business Development for the Huntsville Alabama Region at Sheladia Associates, Inc. They previously held various leadership roles at the US Army Corps of Engineers, including Director of Installation Support and Program Management and Chief of BASEOPS, where they managed multiple programs for DoD installations. With an extensive background as an Engineer Officer in the US Army, Marin retired as a Colonel after 26 years of service, culminating in diverse roles across the globe. Marin holds a Master of Arts in Military Operational Art and Science from the US Army Command and General Staff College and a Master of Science in National and Strategic Studies from the US Army War College.
