Phil Decker is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the flooring industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at Shaw Industries since November 2011, Phil has also held the position of Divisional Vice President for APAC Sales and VP of Strategic Accounts International at the same company. Prior to Shaw Industries, Phil was the General Manager of the Contract Division at Tai Ping Carpets from 2007 to 2011 and served as the Director of Strategic Accounts at Mannington Commercial from 2004 to 2007. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Dickinson College and has furthered linguistic proficiency in Mandarin Chinese at the National University of Singapore.
