Britt Phillips is the Vice President of Facilities & Member Service Operations at Sharonview FCU, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Britt held multiple roles at Lowe's Companies, Inc., including Market Director-Stores, where oversight of 14 stores led to achieving ROI, sales, profit, and customer service goals. Britt also served as Regional Sales and Event Manager, driving sales for 136 stores, and held managerial positions, including Store Manager of a $40+ million Big Box Home Improvement Retail store with a team of over 120 employees. Earlier experience at Sharonview FCU includes serving as Assistant Vice President and Regional Manager, overseeing Charlotte market branches and leading a team of 35+ financial professionals. Britt holds a degree from Gardner-Webb University, earned from 1993 to 1997.
