Victor Manuel Trejo Sosa has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Victor Manuel began their career at Kelly Services as an On-Site employee from October 2006 to December 2009. Victor Manuel then joined Ernst & Young as a Coordinator of Human Resources for the Centro Bajio region, where they were responsible for recruitment, selection, hiring, performance evaluations, and training for the cities of Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, León, and Aguascalientes. Their tenure at Ernst & Young lasted from April 2010 to February 2012. Afterward, they worked at Out Helping as an Attraction and Talent Evaluation specialist from October 2012 to February 2013. Victor Manuel then joined Grupo Empresarial Novogas as the Coordinator of Human Resources in May 2013, a position they currently hold. Most recently, they joined Shape Corp. in February 2014 as a Recruitment Analyst.

Victor Manuel Trejo Sosa completed a Diplomado in Administración at Western Illinois University in 2006. Victor Manuel then pursued a Maestria degree in Administración at Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro from 2007 to 2009.
