Lamya Al Jabri is an Assistant Director of Human Resources with extensive experience in enhancing HR practices and driving organizational success through effective people strategies. Lamya has held various roles at Shangri-La Group, including Asst. Manager Learning & Development and Learning & Development | Service Excellence Manager, focusing on training programs and employee engagement initiatives. Previously, Lamya served as Acting Assistant Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations and employee relations, and has a foundational background in ESG and sustainability.
