Abdul Hafid bin Mohd Gaus is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage management. From September 2014 to September 2016, Abdul Hafid served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Hotel Jen. Currently, Abdul Hafid holds the position of Hotel Manager at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport since April 2023. Previously, Abdul Hafid worked with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as a Restaurant Manager and later as Restaurant & Beverage Manager from November 2003 to March 2004. Additional experience includes a role as Restaurant Manager at Hilton Hotels & Resorts in 2004, and as Food & Beverage Manager, then Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Food and Beverage at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts from October 2006 to April 2009. Abdul Hafid also held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at Traders Hotel Singapore from March 2012 to August 2014.
