Victor Zhao is the General Manager of the parts company at Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (SDLG), a role held since 2019. Previously, they served as Vice General Manager of SDLG Import & Export Company from 2015 to 2019, where they focused on service and aftermarket business. Victor's career began with an internship as a welder in 2002, followed by several positions including Design Engineer and Quality Manager, during which they significantly improved quality rates.
