Brian Peterson is an accomplished customer success and delivery executive with a focus on driving global growth, retention, and time-to-value. They served as the Senior Director of Customer Success Services at Percolate Inc. from 2016 to 2019, where they built a department for enterprise integrations and customer support for 850 global brands. From 2019 to 2022, they held the role of VP of Technical Services at Innovid, leading a globally dispersed department and enhancing the sales process to improve customer satisfaction. Currently, Brian is the SVP of Customer Delivery at Session AI, continuing to leverage their extensive experience in creating scalable teams and fostering long-term customer relationships. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of the Pacific - Eberhardt School of Business.
