Lela Yazbeck is a dynamic learning and development professional currently serving as the VP of Franchise Training at Servpro. With extensive experience in evaluating complex processes, Lela has previously held roles such as Vice President of Learning and Development at Telarus and Senior Learning and Development at HST Pathways. Lela’s background also includes serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate and holding several positions within the US Army, including Medical Platoon Sergeant and Combat Medic. Lela holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Austin Peay State University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from LSU Shreveport.
