Andrés Ramsay Lagos is the Jefe del Departamento Jurídico at DRMS Oriente for the Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII). They previously served as an Abogado and held multiple leadership roles, including Jefe del Departamento Jurídico for the Dirección Regional Santiago Oriente and Jefe del Grupo de Litigación for DRMS Oriente, overseeing significant teams and numerous legal cases in taxation and criminal matters. Andrés obtained their Licenciado en Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales from Universidad Diego Portales and completed several diplomas in tax and procedural law at Universidad de Chile.
