Vardhini Shankar is a Software Architect with extensive experience in architecting and developing scalable software applications, particularly within complex EMS/NMS systems and middleware. They have held various senior engineering and architect positions at ServiceNow from 2014 to 2017, including roles as Principal Architect and Senior Manager, focusing on industry vertical applications and healthcare workflow automation. Prior to ServiceNow, Vardhini worked at companies such as Ixia Communications and Motorola India Electronics Ltd in roles ranging from Lead Applications Developer to Lead Engineer. Vardhini holds a Master of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and a B.Sc from Sri Sarada College, Madras University.
