Previously, Praveen held significant roles at companies like LivePerson and Edifecs, where they contributed to design culture and innovation in Conversational AI and Automation. Praveen's educational journey includes pursuing a Master's in Human Centered Design & Engineering at the University of Washington and a B.Tech in Information and Communication Technology.
