Michelle Bryant is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in technology sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Technology Sourcing at ServiceNow since November 2023, Michelle previously held key roles at U.S. Bank, including Managing Director of Procurement Transition & Integration Leader, overseeing the integration of MUFG UnionBank’s procurement organization. Prior to this, Michelle led the Information Technology Sourcing & Contracts organization at MUFG, managing approximately $700 million in annual spend. With a background that includes significant positions at Boeing, spanning over two decades, Michelle has successfully managed complex contracts and negotiations with an annual spend of up to $1 billion. Michelle holds an MBA from City University of Seattle and a BS from the University of South Carolina.
