Dylan Guss is currently a Director of Strategic Operations for the AI Platform at ServiceNow, where they have also held roles as Senior Manager and Manager in Strategic Operations for Customer & Partner. Prior to this, Dylan was a Growth Equity Associate at Spectrum Equity from 2016 to 2019 and worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi from 2014 to 2016. Dylan earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth between 2019 and 2021, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Colgate University, completed in 2014.
