Brittney Dawes is a Senior Executive Assistant to the President, CPO, and COO, demonstrating extensive experience in executive support and event management. Prior roles include acting as Senior Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Russell Reynolds Associates, where they managed various administrative tasks and executive searches. Brittney also held multiple positions at Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health, where they coordinated major fundraising events and developed strategic planning processes. They began their career as a Marketing Intern at ZICO Beverages and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from San Diego State University.
