Bharath Oruganti currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at ServiceNow, focusing on enterprise transformation initiatives and the implementation of AI-enabled operating models to enhance productivity and service experiences. Additionally, Bharath is an Advisory Board Member for the Master of Engineering in Technical Management Program at Texas A&M University, providing insights on curriculum and industry trends to prepare engineering leaders for an AI-driven landscape. Previously, Bharath held senior leadership positions at Q2, where responsibilities included overseeing global Customer Experience, managing the Symphonix business, and leading Professional Services to improve operational efficiency. Bharath also contributes as an investor and advisor to Ledbury and has served on the advisory board of Blue Cedar. Educational credentials include an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, along with ongoing studies in Technical Management at Texas A&M University.
