Anne Gaeta is a Senior Instructional Systems Designer at Serco, where they conduct end-user needs assessments and implement various training methodologies for the Government Accountability Office. Previously, they served as an Instructional Design Consultant at Cigna, focusing on innovative training content, and as a Learning Experience Designer II at Anthem, Inc., where they developed comprehensive learning solutions. With extensive experience as a Training Specialist at Health Net, they led strategic training initiatives and supervised training staff. Anne is currently pursuing certifications in Training Development and eLearning at Langevin Learning Services, alongside prerequisites for a Registered Nursing program at Pierce College.
