Within their role as VP of Business Development, Marketing & IP at Wavelength Pharmaceuticals, they successfully led a turnaround plan that restored sustainable growth and profitability to the acquired Perrigo API business. Currently, as CEO of Wavelength Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and General Manager at SEQENS Israel, they are integral in shaping strategies in the innovative CDMO sector. Ilan holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Pharmacy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
