Elie Saikali is a retired operations director and current pharma/CDMO consultant with a strong background in managing production processes and scientific teams. With extensive experience at SEQENS since 2011, Elie oversaw the manufacturing of complex pharmaceuticals and led various departments to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this, Elie was a senior process development chemist at Lonza Inc., where they optimized production processes, significantly increasing yield and profitability. Elie holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Wake Forest University and a Master's in Chemistry from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
