Currently serving as the SVP of Sales & Events at Urban Decay Cosmetics since 2017, they have previously held significant roles such as SVP of Marketing at Urban Decay and Vice President of Merchandising at Sephora. Daphne's career spans decades, starting from their time as a Planner in Textiles at Macy's East and later as the Director of Global Accessories at Sephora, under LVMH Group. They earned a BA in Communications from Temple University and have a solid foundation in the beauty and retail industries.
