Michelle Braswell is an experienced professional in the fields of medical billing, human resources, and claims investigation. Currently serving as a Special Investigator and previously as an Injury Claims Adjuster II at Sentry since February 2016, Braswell has developed a strong expertise in injury claims and investigation. Prior experience includes a role as a Medical Billing Specialist/Manager/HR at JAS/EBS, where responsibilities included coding and billing medical claims for ambulance services and conducting insurance research. Additionally, Braswell worked as a Switchboard Operator at Wilson Medical Center, honing excellent communication and office skills. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts from North Carolina Wesleyan University.
