Shannon Murphy is the Chief of Staff at Sentara Health, where they utilize their passion for creative problem-solving to address healthcare challenges. With a strong background in strategic operations and project management, they have held several leadership roles within Sentara Health, including Director of the Office of the President and Manager of Patient Care Services. Prior to their current position, Shannon worked as a Research Associate at the National Center for Medical-Legal Partnership and completed an administrative internship with Intermountain Healthcare. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science at Springfield College and a Master's degree at The George Washington University.
