ArkBoon Lee currently serves as the CEO of Urban at Sembcorp Industries Ltd, alongside co-chair roles at VSIP Vietnam and Vietnam - Singapore Smart Energy Solutions (VSSES), all since December 2023. Prior to these positions, ArkBoon Lee was the CEO of Logistics Development in China at Mapletree from January 2018 to November 2023 and held the role of Chief Executive Officer at International Enterprise Singapore and Deputy Chair at Singapore Cooperation Enterprise from February 2016 to December 2017. Earlier, ArkBoon Lee was Deputy Secretary (Trade) at the Ministry of Trade and Industry (Singapore) from April 2013 to January 2016. ArkBoon Lee holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
