Alexander Gusev is a data-centers and telecom professional currently serving as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer at Selectel since 2024. They have extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Chief Digital Officer at Timeweb and CEO at SIAN Co. Ltd. Additionally, Alexander held the position of CTO at Miran Data Center from 2013 to 2025 and was involved in significant broadband development at VEON. Alexander earned a Candidate of Technical Sciences degree in Radio Engineering from Saint-Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation and an MBA in Finance from Университет "Синергия."
