Jonathan Cole, CDS, currently serves as the Senior Director of Fleet Safety & Compliance at Select Water Solutions, a position held since October 2021. With a diverse career in safety and emergency services, Jonathan has previously held roles as EHS Director and Sr. Manager of EHS within the same organization, and Regional HSE Director at Complete Energy Services' Fluid Management Division from August 2016 to October 2021. Jonathan's experience also includes working as a Paramedic at Texoma EMS and as HSE Director at HYDRAULIC PRESSURE CONTROL LLC. Prior to this, Jonathan served as HSE Manager at Complete Energy Services Inc. and gained extensive experience in emergency services as an Engineer/Paramedic at The Colony Fire Department and a Firefighter/Paramedic at the Sherman Fire Department. Jonathan holds an Associate's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University.
