Jess Dance holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Liberty University and has a diverse background in communications and operations. Currently serving as an RLF Trainer and Intern Liaison as well as a Rental Coordinator at Select Event Group since March 2022, Jess previously worked at OneHope from May 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing social media for the Cultivate Internship program and coordinating communications in the Ministry Operations department. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Lighthouse Pool Management, where Jess oversaw staff and operations while being certified as a CPO, LGI, and lifeguard.
