Jacqueline (Wallace) Placido, SPHR, has extensive experience in People Operations, currently serving as Senior People Operations Lead at Seer Interactive since January 2019. In this role, Jacqueline has been responsible for developing and managing programs related to onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for approximately 150 team members across various divisions. Previous positions at Seer include launching an integrated feedback framework, significantly increasing feedback delivery, and overseeing employee recognition and compliance programs. Prior to Seer, Jacqueline held roles at ORS Partners, where responsibilities included managing operational programs and auditing internal processes for improved efficiency. Additionally, Jacqueline has experience in event logistics and curatorial research from internships with the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh and Miami University Art Museum. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History of Art and Architecture from Miami University.
