Samantha Tan is an experienced HR professional currently working as an HR Business Partner and Country HR Manager at SEEK and as an HR Business Partner at JobStreet Singapore, both roles started in July 2022. Prior to these positions, Samantha worked at McKinsey & Company from July 2014 to June 2022, serving as the Southeast Asia BA Program Lead for Professional Development & Staffing, where responsibilities included managing the coaching and performance reviews of over 90 consultants and leading talent programs.
