Mitha Kiran is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition and business development. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition and Business Development at See & Recruit, Mitha has a diverse professional history that includes managing online retail ventures in clothing and jewelry through YEKTA and Yekta Jewels. Mitha also held roles in business development at World Stage Event Management and as a business coordinator at SGS, following an educational foundation in commerce and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Amity University Delhi. Having paused their corporate career for family commitments, Mitha is eager to apply their skills in the professional arena once again.
