Rhonda Sharp is the VP of IT Enterprise Data Initiatives at Sedgwick, a position held since 2019. Prior to this role, Rhonda served as the Director of Business Intelligence at York Risk from 2014 to 2019 and had various roles at York Risk Services Group from 2012 to 2014. Earlier in their career, Rhonda worked at Gilsbar and Prager Inc. as a Manager and Cost Accountant, respectively, among other positions. Rhonda's extensive experience in IT and business intelligence has contributed significantly to their current leadership role.
