Becky Reed, CPDM, CLMS, is a Client Services Director at Sedgwick, leading client retention and satisfaction efforts while ensuring high-quality service delivery. From 2017 to 2022, they served as Engagement Director at PsyBar LLC, managing a portfolio of 120 accounts and achieving significant growth. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2016, they held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Business Development and Managing Director of Operations, where they focused on strategic initiatives and client relationships across multiple organizations. Becky received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
