Allen Poole is a Managing Director of Global Tax at Sedgwick, a position held since 2012. They built and manage an in-house tax department after the company acquired four businesses, overseeing a team responsible for global tax compliance, planning, and analysis. Prior to Sedgwick, they held various roles, including Tax Senior Associate at Arthur Andersen & Co., Tax Manager at Hulsey, Harwood & Hulsey, Senior Tax Manager at PwC, and SVP of Federal Taxes at First Horizon National Corporation. Allen's educational background includes an Associate's, a Bachelor's, and a Master's degree in Accounting from Mississippi State University and Copiah-Lincoln Community College.
