Carrie Yue is a tech and HR-educated professional with extensive experience in multinational manufacturing companies across Asia and Sweden. Having held various roles such as Global Director of People Performance at Securitas Group and HR&Admin Director of Operations at Alfa Laval, they excel in shaping HR processes and leading high-performing teams. Carrie also contributed to the transformation of talent acquisition and performance management at Alfa Laval. With a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Soochow University, they are currently based in the Skåne and Copenhagen area.
