Martha Aldridge is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at SECU Family House at UNC Hospitals, where they focus on cultivating organizational sustainability through innovation. Martha previously served as a Development, Membership & Program Director at YMCA of the Triangle from 2001 to 2007, leading various camps and outreach efforts. They also worked as a Financial Advisor at Raymond James from 2007 to 2017, offering comprehensive wealth management services. Prior to these roles, Martha was a Legal Assistant in the antitrust department at Arnold and Porter from 1999 to 2001. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from North Carolina State University in 1999.
