Johan van der Sterren serves as the Regional Logistics Coordinator for Seco Tools, overseeing demand planning, stock policies, and customer support while addressing delivery challenges and reverse logistics since September 2013. Johan has also contributed as a Supply Chain team member on the Seco Way of Working project, focusing on upgrading production facilities and ensuring proper documentation and training for the new system. Prior experience includes a role as Project Analyst at UPS Supply Chain Solutions and as a Process Improvement Officer at Keijsers Interior Projects following an internship there. Johan holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Business Administration from Avans University of Applied Sciences and an MBO degree in Storage and Transport Management from Gilde Opleidingen.
