Judson T. Mihok is a Senior Trial Attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where they develop litigation strategies and investigate violations of federal securities laws. Previously, they served as an Assistant United States Attorney, leading significant cases and achieving numerous jury trial verdicts, including arguing before the Fourth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals. Mihok also worked as an Assistant District Attorney, managing a high volume of felony cases. They pursued a Bachelor’s degree in History and Economics from SUNY Geneseo and are currently studying for a Doctor of Law degree at Albany Law School.
