Helene Forster-Dolez is the Head of Legal for the Business division at Groupe SEB, managing a team of four legal counsels since September 2017. With extensive experience in strategic partnerships and contract law, Helene has previously served as a senior legal counsel and legal counsel at various corporations, including Hexcel Corporation, Mylan, and Lafarge, where responsibilities encompassed project management, negotiation of complex agreements, and compliance oversight. Currently engaged as a speaker for a Master's program in contract law at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), Helene holds advanced degrees in Business Law and Contract Management from Université Robert Schuman and Ecole européenne de contract management.
