Mihai Iusan is a Senior Backend Engineer at SEB Embedded, specializing in designing and building financing domain products using Java, Spring Boot, and GCP Pub/Sub. With a robust background in backend development, Mihai has previously contributed to Brighter AB by integrating backend systems for medical devices, and at M-Brain Group, Mihai managed core backend data ingestion and developed Java solutions. Experience includes a role as a Java Specialist at Nasta Technologies, where Mihai utilized Agile techniques for property asset management solutions, and co-founding Wakiy, which focused on innovative sharing economy concepts. Additionally, Mihai held a Vice President position in Talent Management at AIESEC SAIMAA RY and gained early technical experience in various engineering roles. Mihai's educational background includes a Master’s in Information Technology from Lappeenranta University of Technology and a Diploma in Automatics and Industrial Informatics from Universitatea „Petru Maior” din Târgu-Mureș.
