Thomas Sammut is an accomplished engineering professional currently serving as HTV Engineering Lead at Seaway7 since March 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of heavy transportation project engineers and providing offshore engineering support for wind T&I projects. Previous roles at Seaway7 included Project Engineer and Senior Installation Engineer, where key contributions involved planning heavy transports and managing engineering tasks for offshore wind foundation projects. Thomas's earlier experience includes positions at Subsea 7 as Site Project Engineer and Pipeline Bundles Engineer, as well as a Junior Naval Architect at Mainstay Marine Solutions. Thomas holds a Master’s Degree in Offshore Floating Systems from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Malta.
