Andrew Feeney-Seale is a Senior Researcher in the Financial Scrutiny Unit at the Scottish Parliament Information Centre (SPICe), focusing on areas such as the labour market and energy costs. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at the Bank of England as a Team Leader in the Data and Statistics division, where they managed the publication of aggregate balance sheet data. Andrew has also served as a Researcher and Speechwriter for two Members of the Scottish Parliament (MSPs) and has experience in business model analysis and stress testing. They earned an MSc in European Union Politics and Law from The University of Edinburgh and a First Class Honours MA in History-Politics from the University of Aberdeen.
