Jonathan Henderson, MSc, MIFireE, currently serves as the Assistant Chief Officer at the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, where they focus on prevention, protection, and preparedness. They have held several leadership roles, including Director of Prevention, Protection, Fleet and Estate at Humberside Fire & Rescue Service, and Deputy Divisional Commander at Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue, where they managed significant operations and resources. Jonathan's educational background includes a Master of Science in Disaster Management from Coventry University and a Postgraduate qualification in Fire Executive Leadership from Warwick Business School. They were also involved in innovative training program development at the Fire Service College and played a key role in the Blue Light Collaboration project in Lincolnshire.
